Albert Viton

Albert Viton holds a Ph. D. from Northwestern University. During 1946-1976 he was closely involved with the Food and Agriculture Organinzation of the United Nations. Before retiring as a Senior Director he represented the FAO in all international sugar negotiations, conferences, and meetings. After retiring from FAO in 1976 Dr. Viton worked as economic consultant of the sugar delagation of El Salvador and subconsequently the Phillipines. He has authored two volumes on sugar published jointly by the FAO and the International Sugar Organinzation as well as a couple of dozen articles and reports on sugar .
