Wm. Kleine-Ahlbrandt

Wm. Laird Kleine-Ahlbrandt holds a doctorate from the University of Geneva, where he attended the Graduate Institute of International Studies. He has written a number of books, including The Burden of Victory: France, Britian and the Enforcement of the Versailles Peace, 1919-1925 and Europe since 1945: From Conflict to Community.  A chevalier in the Order of the Palmes Academiques, he lives with his spouse, Sheila, in Oak Park, Illinois, together with their presupposing cat, Oliver.
