About the Author(s):

Keith Smith, the former Dean of the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University, is the author of five textbooks and has published over seventy articles and chapters in professional journals and books. Smith has been a consultant to numerous companies and other organizations, with assignments in corporate finance and investments management.

Jane Smith, who received her MBA from Purdue University in 1998, has developed a consulting service for small business.
